I work for a company that employs this agency for their accounting needs. At least 2-3 times a year (this year has been twice already, once right after Christmas) they inexplicably fail to mail out our paychecks on time. Additionally they will not call to correct or warn us of any impending mistakes, it is left up to the client apparently.
