Incredibly poor costumer service, they stop answering the phone over half hour before due to close. We Had an incredibly difficult start to the day and so we were delayed, made it to the door for 10am, had previously made dozens of attempts to call and speak to someone and explain what was happening, no one answered the phone. when arrived at the door, the gentleman was not interested, simply repeatedly saying "you bookeed for 8 o'clock" was extremely impolite stating "i was full of costumers" All that had to be done was for... read more
