Following my dissatisfaction with the initial service provided, I was phoned immediately by the owner who was willing to offer a new handover with one of their most experienced employees, which was scheduled for a couple of days later and completely thorough. While the phone service was excellent, the actual service provided did not meet my expectations. I booked a pool handover and specifically asked if I would be shown how to operate the pool equipment (pump and heater), as this is my first time owning a pool. I was assured over the phone that this would be covered. However, during the visit, the technician only configured my pump without properly explaining how to operate it myself.
