The staff here is so amazing. I’ve trusted them with my kids since they were each six months old and they are being built into very strong swimmers! I fully recommend!

We had our two kids enrolled here for about three years. The facility is nice and most of the instructors have been pretty good—albeit, there was quite a bit of turnover on instructors. However, the front desk and administration is quite poor. They frequently would not have people able to take phone calls during business hours leading to many phone calls going unanswered. My son started his lessons last fall and within an year he advanced three levels. He is very excited to go swimming because he like the teachers so much. They are so much caring and friendly. It is great how they track the kids' progress, keep parents informed of their children's progress, and have a quick response team at the front desk. A heads up about their make up policy. We have absolutely loved our experience at SwimWest over the past year for both our children. We are so lucky to have such kind and patient teachers. We can see the results of their hard work.
