My son started his lessons last fall and within an year he advanced three levels. He is very excited to go swimming because he like the teachers so much. They are so much caring and friendly. It is great how they track the kids' progress, keep parents informed of their children's progress, and have a quick response team at the front desk. A heads up about their make up policy. We have absolutely loved our experience at SwimWest over the past year for both our children. We are so lucky to have such kind and patient teachers. We can see the results of their hard work.

We loved swimming here until they changed ownership. It's unfortunate that the transition was abrupt and hard for kids. I took some time to leave a review because I felt like it may have just been our experience. After all, we had over a year of positive experience prior to this. We stuck it out for months before leaving thinking it was just a fluke that our child who once loved swim was struggling. New changes to Swimwest do not work for families. We've been disappointed and won't be returning after spending 6 years there.
