I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything SwimSRQ has done to accommodate my son. He was diagnosed with Level 2 ASD, and the busy environment and noise during his original class were making it difficult for him to feel regulated and successful. I am highly disappointed with my experience at SwimSRQ and cannot recommend their services. First, the lessons began late, which is highly unprofessional—especially given that each session is only 20 minutes long. Every minute counts, and starting late significantly reduces the value of the service. Furthermore, the coaching quality was underwhelming. We’ve been swimming with SwimSRQ for over a year, and they’ve been amazing! They taught our little ones to swim and helped our older kids improve tremendously. The instructors are so good working with kids of all ages. SwimSRQ has truly been a wonderful part of our kids’ development, and we’re so grateful for how consistent and reliable they have been. Both of our instructors exceeded every expectation—we couldn’t recommend them more!
Ashley is an amazing coach! I was nervous to take swim lessons as an adult, but I am so glad I did. Ashley is such a great teacher and so knowledgeable. Because of her excellent coaching, I now swim with a master’s swim team and have completed an Ironman. Thank you so much Ashley!!
