June 2021. Frustrated and disappointed Swimsmith installed/replaced our pool cover last year. In May of 2021, we noticed the cover was cockeyed and slightly hanging up, so we called swimsmith and they made some adjustments. A week later, the cover started hanging up again and they attempted correcting the issue. The cover functioned properly for a week then it seized up again.
