Provided a $17,900.00 deposit in March of 2021. Was told for months that "I am the next job on their schedule." Fast forward 7 months and no materials have been delivered, no work started, despite repeated promises. I contacted the owner who told me that he had spent my deposit completing other jobs. "AVOID FRAUD Jeffrey R. Wilson is the owner of Swimscapes & Surfaces, Inc. and currently is doing business with a suspended business license." He has taken 16 months building a pool and has not finished. He is even working with expired permits. He also has a lawsuit against him for taking almost $20,000 and not even starting the work after over a year. AVOID he is a fraudster he even gave himself 5 stars here on google. PURE FRAUD.
