This place treat their customers very poorly. Very greedy company lying to their costumers make you pay then they refuse to honor what you paid for or issue you your money back. I would not spend any money here.
Giving this place 5 stars solely because of the blonde lifeguard, (Grace I think). She was so attentive and I always feel safe with my kiddos in the pool when she’s on the stand!!
My daughter was working the gate at our Country Club and a Swimsafe Truck was parked within 10 yards from her. The hose came off the truck and let out liquid that splattered all over my daughter. The liquid was like a bleach and could have easily gone in her eyes. Her legs are red from the liquid (which says on the slide of the truck is corrosive). Her $90 sweatshirt is ruined as well.
