0 Stars! The whole group that was on duty today at 5 seasons nky were by far the most disrespectful and immature group of individuals I’ve ever dealt with. They need fired. At one point she threatened me and was very hostile.
Our HOA has had a fantastic experience working with SwimSafe, and I especially want to recognize Luke, who oversees our pool facilities. This place treat their customers very poorly. Very greedy company lying to their costumers make you pay then they refuse to honor what you paid for or issue you your money back. I would not spend any money here.
Giving this place 5 stars solely because of the blonde lifeguard, (Grace I think). She was so attentive and I always feel safe with my kiddos in the pool when she’s on the stand!!
