Highly recommended!
This company is absolutely terrible. We called them twice in May 2022 to cancel the pool service. Both times we spoke with an "answering service" and they never called us back. We then messaged them on Facebook Messenger AND texted Jarrod Walls to discontinue the pool service, but received no response. They continued sending their pool technician to service the pool for a year after these attempts, until May 2023, when we were finally able to speak to the technician who was on site in person to inform them to never come back... read more

Great guy great service fair and honest price. Open to your opinions and thoughts.
I am a property manager in Birmingham, and I have called them 3 times to come out and take a look at our pool. No one has contacted me back and their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. This is bad business after I’ve heard so many great things about them.
