This company is absolutely terrible. We called them twice in May 2022 to cancel the pool service. Both times we spoke with an "answering service" and they never called us back. We then messaged them on Facebook Messenger AND texted Jarrod Walls to discontinue the pool service, but received no response. They continued sending their pool technician to service the pool for a year after these attempts, until May 2023, when we were finally able to speak to the technician who was on site in person to inform them to never come back... read more
