Worst shipping service i'v ever experienced. You charged me$6 for shipping. 10 days later I still haven't received my order unacceptable SMH I Will file a complaint!
worst online shopping service I have ever had! Ordered 11 items with 2 day shipping on a Friday, never arrived. I called Tuesday and Wednesday to finally be informed that one of the items was now out of stock so they would overnight the other 10 items right away. Just called them for the 4th time this week to find out they they never shipped any of it. I am very disappointed with the customer support we are receiving regarding the Team Customized merchandise. When we placed our order and even today when you place an order the website says allow 10 - 15 days for customization. When I called last week I was told the order would be shipping at the end of the week. When I called yesterday I was told they are now taking 15 - 21 "Business Days" However, the website if you were to order today still says 10 - 15 days.
