An awesome group of people fast and reliable
Bought a hot tub almost 2 years ago. Has been nothing but problems. Always take forever to do warranty repairs. They rarely answer the phone, and never return messages. Even when we speak to someone and they say they will call us back they never do. Currently our hot tub has not been working for almost 6 months while we wait for them to do a warranty repair.worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is to the point that I am starting to explore legal action against them.
We are first time pool owners and knew absolutely nothing about operating a pool let alone opening it! I stopped in to Premiere pools and have had nothing but great service. They talked me through EVERYTHING! The pool was up and running quickly and ran the summer effortlessly. We had the water tested twice and any issues I had were rectified quickly with their advice. Happy with the service we have received from here. Just bought a brand new hot tub and we love it! We had a slight misunderstanding with colour ordered/shipped, but....Kelly told us they would replace it - but we decided we would keep the colour we had as it is a beautiful colour also. She was great with answering all questions and giving advice also, as were new to owning a hot tub.
Kelly and the staff of Premium Pools have been helping me maintain our pool and two hot tubs for several years now. I am in their store at least 1-2 times a week for water tests and purchasing products. I am always greeted with kindness. Kelly and her staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in maintaining the chemistry of the pool and spas as well as for any repairs or service needs. I fully trust their recommendations and feel very fortunate to have this local business in my area!
