I used company to close pool last year and again to open this year. When installing rail they cracked the stone. I called and complained and sent pictures. They wouldn't personally come out to look at it. Refused to replace stone. Refused any sort of discount and than said they'd contact their installers to possibly fill crack. They dropped all communication never had it filled or said a word. Business response:
Setting the rail in the cup did not cause the stone coping to crack. Movement is what causes stone/pavement to crack - see our roads as an example. And a properly installed cup should not move. I can assure you that when a person uses that rail to climb in/out of pool, they exert considerably more force upon that cup then a technician setting the rail in there. In due time, this person will come to understand when the rest of those cups have moved and more cracking occurs. We did not cause the issue.
Salespeople are hungry and will rip u off Technicians are informative and nice They charge 115.00/per hour without telling. And add other charges.Be careful and knowledgeable

We quoted you on receiving a new filter as asked and when we came out to replace it after the payment was made, your expectations changed on what the agreement was and our guys were told to just inspect the issue by you. We understand owning a pool can be a challenging task and we try to make it as easy as possible for our customers, but we understand that we may not be the right fit for everyone.
