Not a good experience. Called the company and set up a time. They never showed up. I called and texted and never heard back?? I wound up going with a Professional company who returns calls and showed up on time.
Its actually surprising how these pool companies are set up. I called This company and I received a gentleman named Oscar. He seemed nice over the phone. Maybe he did not understand my English as much, but we set up an appointment the next day. He never showed up and never called to indicate that he was no longer coming. I think he is also connected to Van Nuys pool company too.
I am so glad I found this company! We are very happy with the work. Good service at a reasonable price. I had a repair done and he even saved me money. The time line was just what we wanted and the quality was excelent. We would highly recomend Swimming Pool Service & Repairs to anyone.
