Eric from Swimming Pool Perfections designed and built our new pool in 2018, then managed it weekly afterwards. Less than 2 years later, the Pentair gas heater failed. They refused to cover the costs. I called Pentair USA to found out (1) the type installed was not compatible with salt water we had in the pool. (2) Maintenance of my pool has failed to have the water above Ph 7.2 for several weeks. Both would explained the failure of the equipment. I inherited this pool company when I bought my house. From the every beginning, they were very rude and abrupt. Any question I had wasn't well explained. It's a family business. Their fees are the highest in my neighborhood. Once I asked the owner to give me an estimate for a pool renovation. He insisted that he has to charge me a fee for giving me a quote!
