Absolutely useless! After months of going back and forth via messages with this person, still no actual action. Lots of questions on the potential leak details that I would answer, then silence again. Called and left messages to see if we could arrange a visit. Nothing, no reply. Went to our local pool shop for a new pool leak fixing contact. Had the pool fixed within three days of making contact with the other business.
Mark, located the pool leaks in a few minutes, despite being minuscule, he also re-positioned discharge nozzles to increase pool cleaning efficiency. And concluded by noting a water level datum point inside the skimmer box. I’m very pleased with the result.

Mark arranged and came back a week later to fit up new pool light , the 12v cable was rotten in the ground and could not be used .. I said to mark to just put the light in I did not mind to much the light was not working ..
