Rob and the guys did an amazing job. Every step of the process, from getting a complete quote all the way to filling the pool and getting the water tested, was painless. Rob and Jess answered all our questions, gave great suggestions to make our pool the best it could be with our budget. The job site was clean and safe while the job was ongoing. Everything was quicker than expected even with challenging spring weather. The Concrete looks great. The auto cover is killer. Our whole family loves it!
We just had a new liner put in our pool and the men who installed were very professional and did a great job. However, I suggest never paying for their bulk water delivery. The first water delivery was great, then the guy went down to the iron filled creek below our house and filled our pool up with dirty iron water. I called Rhoades to complain and the girl on the phone said they can get their water supply wherever they want. So we are left with a mess to clean up. Rob Rhodes & his team did an amazing job. They had a cancellation so they asked us if we wanted to do it earlier and we are so thankful they thought of us wanting our pool sooner. I accidentally gave them too much for the deposit and they were honest about it. They did the entire process of leveling out the bottom of our hill to filling all in one day in a few hours. This is the second pool that Rhodes installed for me. (There was nothing wrong with the 1st pool, I just moved.) They did a fantastic job both times!! They were all very professional and personable. Highly recommend them.
