We had the pool built and from the beginning there were situations, first they measured it wrong and when they put the pool they scratched it themselves. They came to repair but they did not know how to do it. then they came from the company and told me that they would repair it and I'm still waiting. Now they sent me a message that they don't have people to repair. We have waited a long time and they have not resolved us, it has been almost a year and I am worried that it will get worse over time.
If I could give this pool company ZERO I would. I have been dealing with loose bricks around my pool since the install! I had to have a separate contractor come out to check the pull and learned that they used liquid nail glue to hold travertine to a fiberglass pool. That doesn’t work! No wonder I have had so many issues. I have called over and over, and the MANAGER Luise ignores every call and email I make to her. Great quality and as promised the pool was installed within schedule Mauricio and his team did a excellent job would definitely recommend them we r very pleased with the end result.
Go with someone else. Attention to detail is terrible. Attempted to over charge by 33% for installation of pavers. Broke the water line to my home and the owner ignored my phone call during this period of time. Their communication was next to nonexistent. Installed the electrical panel and footer in the wrong place, which both were only caught because I was checking on their work everyday. The project manager hasn't contacted me in months.
