Even though installation was included on pool cover, they decided to bill us another 1500 dollars WITHOUT providing any estimate beforehand. ON TOP of the 3k we already paid. Let's hope the judge rules in our favor. Owner is horrible. He won't call you back or try to make things right. Just out for the money. Steer clear! Workers are all high as kites and have no idea what they are doing.

AVOID. We are going to court to fight a second bill they slapped on us after we already paid. They are the absolute worst. They do shoddy work and their workers are always on drugs and have no idea what they are doing. Don't get me started on the owner who only cares about money. Hopefully we win in court. These guys are thieves. Beware!
Paid 70,000 for a radiant pool and hot tub only 3 years old. Called the owner in Hampstead was told I'm not dealing with it! Now I need to hire a lawyer poor customer service only cares about money
This is for the Lawrence location. I have had the worst experience ever! Tech came out, charged to come and charged an hour for labor where he took apart our pump and put it back causing leaks. Told us we needed a new motor which was over $300 when in fact he just needed to switch the low switch to high so our vacuum suction worked. What kind of a pool tech doesn't know how to find the toggle switch.
