I can't get hold of anyone to talk to and I haven't been issued a receipt for last year's donation. Doesn't look great on an organization's reputation. I won't donate again till I know that you can be relied upon.
You might want to UPDATE the swimmers in the HPO swim group, that is if you have ANY.
No one answers the phone. Does this location really exist? Does anyone actually work there? Or do you just take money?
Parking in winter can be a challenge. Nice offices and great staff.
