It leaked the day it was delivery. That was over three months ago. The dealer says they are still waiting for parts from the Company. Do not buy this.
Since the first season we have had nothing but leak after leak and problems.We have replaced our control panel at least 3 times. Our dealer here in tri cities Washington Mirage pool and Spa was difficult to deal with until we contacted you. We just had our 3rd jet replaced and we have now found another leak. I have contacted your company numerous times but not one person has ever returned my e mails or calls. To say the least we are very unhappy with your product. If I could post a review with zero stars I would. We have a 17ft swim spa that has never worked correctly since day one. The manufacturer has sent people 4 times over 3 months and I still cannot use the swim function. I was promised they would make this right... but another repair visit just got scheduled... and I have a very expensive warm bathtub. My recommendation... avoid this brand...
