It’s unfortunate to have to write a negative review but SwimKing has been given multiple opportunities to make things right and have instead ignored us. A few years ago SwimKing were contracted to replace the liner in our pool, completed the work and were paid in full. The problem is there is a SCREW under the liner they installed. A worker must have accidentally dropped it during the installation, these things happen, it just needs to be addressed and solved. Gary was great to work with on getting a new vinyl pool liner for our in-ground pool. He was particularly good at giving us advice to help us choose a color pattern that we absolutely love - as liner colors look very different when viewing through pool water. He accurately guessed the basic dimensions of our pool, and gave us a quote in the Spring that did not change once precise measurements were made, the liner was ordered, and after his crew finished the job. Swim King of Kingston came to close my pool this fall. I have not been able to do it myself this year. Their crew were amazing. Cleaned out all the fallen leaves, put in chemicals, took apart filter and pump and covered the pool in such a professional manner. I would recommend them to all my friends. I cannot thank them enough!!
