We have been going to SWIMkids USA for a couple of months now and LOVE it there. Aside from just one communication mishap which was resolved to our satisfaction, it is clearly evident that they are customer service oriented. Our son has had Jace as a swim instuctor and has formed a tremendous bond with him from the very start. The first two days of class our son was scared and histerically crying.
