Scheduled a pool closing and a week before they were to come out they call and cancel & give an excuse that they don’t close pools that they didn’t open or close last year. Funny you checked my address when I called and it was all good then. Bad customer service! Don’t use them! You think calling and leaving a message a week before you agreed to close my pool is in a timely manner and the right thing to do? Sure.
We brought a water sample to them to test so that they could recommend items to help with our problem. We left with a piece of paper with ideas. When we called to ask what products we could purchase to help we were meet with hostility and made to feel like an idiot. Our purpose was to stop and let them guide us to which product we could purchase from them that would correct our issues. Would not recommend doing business with them.
Had a problem with my Maytronics Dolphin robot. I had purchased this from Swimfun 5 years ago. Took it in after a storm knocked over the caddy and the power supply took a hit. Tried to troubleshoot it myself but to no avail. Holly was super friendly and got back to me a day after i dropped it off. The power supply was damaged and needed to be replaced. Could have bought it online for $50 less but felt the service I received warranted the extra money. Robot is good as new with the power supply and running great.
My husband and I have been looking around for the best hot tub and sauna. We visited this store a second time on Monday. We called the company to buy a part but they told us we needed to buy it from a dealer. So we looked up the nearest dealer to see if they could order it for us. The male employee working was very rude and dismissive. He said since we didn’t buy the cover from them he would not order us the part. I know we are just 1 customer but we planned to support local business and buy supplies and such in the future. ... read more
Good service. They only carry Bullfrog brand hot tubs now. We purchased a Dimension One hot tub - which they report went out of business. Good guidance and support on our hot tub though.
