TLDR: I called hoping to get my hot tub finally fixed and to dispute a finance charge for a bill they never sent until it was past due and with no explanation of the charges, just balance forward, but was not calling to dispute that actual charge. The person on the phone was so single minded about telling me I needed to pay a bill I never disputed that it led to me having to yell to get them to stop cutting me off so I could say that. Purchased the Bullfrog X7.Staff were very polite and answered all my questions.This is our first spa and we felt right at home,not pushy and we felt we where not being watched like some of the other places we looked.Also got delivered today,the installers where awesome and answered all my questions.Set everything up and showed me the controls.Thank you.Liberty.

Awesome customer service always willing to go the extra mile. Takes time to answer questions and give quality recommendations. They have never steered me wrong with items for my hot tub. Love these 2 new natural spa aromatherapy crystals.
