We’ve used Swimmart Woree on a semi-regular basis over the past few years (choosing to do a lot of the chemical tests ourselves) but just recently our Chlorinator died creating a huge excess salt issue. Our property manager/landlord wanted to use their own pool supply shop to replace the chlorinator, but in doing so the other pool company put the chlorinator into the pool and turned it on whilst the salt levels were still way too high.
