I stumbled across Swimart Tweed in search of a spa key - The team had incredible customer service from the second I spoke with the lovely Mel. This lead to us purchasing a new pool pump through them and Mel, Brendan & Josh (installer) were all amazing from start to finish. They are a small team which means you have consistent communication. Brendan and his team provide a great service. We bought a house with a pool and they were able to guide us through how to look after it. We bought a heater off them (heat pump) - short wait time to get it installed, took time and care installing it. Would recommend.
