This is the best Swimart and pool shop we’ve ever experienced! The service is outstanding and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Great service and knowledgeable staff.
Very rude, an old staff member just kept asking if you had paid though we had made payment and treated you like a thief.
Years ago it was a great business with professional, proactive, good communicating staff. This past couple of years the downhill slide started, as one fantastic experienced long-term pool technician told me they just can’t get good staff anymore and the staff they get, leave quickly. Also, the communication from them is nil regarding issues that they may encounter with your pool servicing.
