We are a block of units with a large swimming pool. Swimart Taringa have been helping us look after our pool for several years. Recently we required quite a bit of maintenance & Ray & the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They are quick to respond, polite, friendly & happy to explain & advise when complicated issues arise. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
The team at Swimart Taringa provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Australia. I started taking care of a pool for the first time about six months ago and have worked with Adrian, Ray, Connor, and others. We spoke with Swimart Taringa about options for repair or purchasing a new filter and we made the decision to buy a new one. Ray and the other staff at Swimart were really quick and efficient and great communicators in organising the installation of the filter. They took away our old filter and sorted the pool out.
