We spoke with Swimart Taringa about options for repair or purchasing a new filter and we made the decision to buy a new one. Ray and the other staff at Swimart were really quick and efficient and great communicators in organising the installation of the filter. They took away our old filter and sorted the pool out. A severe lack of customer service skills 3:30PM 24Mar2025 Of course you can't locate any record because he didn't even care who I was! If you want to say you strive to provide "profesional service", you should give him a customer service training first. He could destroy your business!!
