Minus 5 stars if I could. I ask them to fix my pool water, they charged me 460 bucks, but didn’t fix the problem. STOP pitching people’s money!!!
Always helpful and friendly
I have happily been using Swimart for adhoc jobs for 13 years. I recently asked them to purchase and install a new top of the range Polaris pool cleaner as my old one was no longer functioning properly. The staff convinced me to accept an inferior model following consultation with a technician who apparently knew my pool and set up. I think it cost me $1780 for the installation. We’ve had our pool serviced monthly by St Ives Swimart for years, and the experience has gone downhill dramatically. Every visit seems to bring a new person who doesn’t appear qualified or properly trained. For the second time now, they’ve come out and immediately after, our Dolphin pool cleaner stopped working. The exact same thing happened about a year ago. It’s not a coincidence. Each time, we end up paying to fix the cleaner ourselves, which is completely unacceptable. Dan is always approachable and experienced. He can spot the problem straightaway and fix it. He calls/texts me before or after the job done (always closes the gate so my dog doesn't escape from the backyard!)
