I have happily been using Swimart for adhoc jobs for 13 years. I recently asked them to purchase and install a new top of the range Polaris pool cleaner as my old one was no longer functioning properly. The staff convinced me to accept an inferior model following consultation with a technician who apparently knew my pool and set up. I think it cost me $1780 for the installation. We’ve had our pool serviced monthly by St Ives Swimart for years, and the experience has gone downhill dramatically. Every visit seems to bring a new person who doesn’t appear qualified or properly trained. For the second time now, they’ve come out and immediately after, our Dolphin pool cleaner stopped working. Dan is always approachable and experienced. He can spot the problem straightaway and fix it. He calls/texts me before or after the job done (always closes the gate so my dog doesn't escape from the backyard!)
Sorted out a pump issue fast and efficiently, St Ives swimart have always provided a good service
Harry came to my pool on the 12/8. Being a first time pool owner I was worry. But Harry professionalism and caring nature guided me and my uncle through the whole pool handover appointment. He is an expert in this industry and he explained everything in depth and provided expert advice for my pool. He is very kind and willing to go the extra mile to help his customer. Swimart St Ives is very fortunate to have a staff like Harry! Highly recommended!
