I had a great experience at Swimart thanks to Rami. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly explain what my pool needed. Instead of just trying to sell products, he made sure I understood the best way to keep the water balanced and the pool running perfectly. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very patient with all my questions. You can tell he really cares about helping customers and knows his stuff. If you visit Swimart, definitely ask for Rami. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable & owners prepared to go out of their way to help Just recently bought new sand filter & pump in process of buying new pool cleaner. Prices are competitive but the difference with other options/suppliers is the friendly knowledgeable & efficient backup service Highly recommended
I so badly wish I read the other one star reviews before booking a pool service with this company. After calling to question an extremely high invoice, the owner became aggressive. He then slammed down the phone and I could hear another staff member swearing in the background
Best pool shop. The staff are wonderful, friendly and incredibly helpful with their knowledge.
