I telephoned Swimart Padstow to enquire replacing the sand in my pool filter. Danny was informative and gave me all the information I required and a quote. I said great, please book me in. To my surprise, he said I cannot book you in till May 2025 ! I said you’ve got to be joking! We are still in spring and I have to wait for winter?! I was told they are short on staff but come on 6 months wait ! That’s ridiculous!
