Outstanding service from Tristan today! After Graham helped get my pool back to perfect levels, Tristan took the time to troubleshoot my salt chlorinator unit and cell. His expertise, methodical approach, and professionalism were exceptional … he identified and fixed the issue flawlessly. Got home and it’s all up and running perfectly!

He took his time to explain the possible reasons for the issue over the phone to my father in Sri Lanka. After supplying all the required product he even wrote a lengthy email to support and use them effectively. One of the best service experiences I have had in retail.
