My first time in the Erindale ship and I was very impressed with their customer service. The man behind the counter came out to greet me and steer me towards the products I needed for our new-to-us 2nd hand spa. He knew the products and helped immensely. Thank you.
Asked for help to remove some stains on the pool. I phoned several times and went to the shopfront several times and each time I was told they would get back to me. 2 months later no news. Poor communication.
