The shop service is good, but pool care service is bad. 10/11/2024 Commenced fortnightly Pool Care Services $75 plus chemical cost per time. 17/12/2024 No service was conducted; however, an invoice was issued. My son visited the shop and presented video evidence clearly showing the technician drove in and out without leaving the vehicle. As a result, the invoice was waived. 6/4/2025 & 15/4/2025 Photographs taken showing the pool water had turned green.As the property is listed on Airbnb, I received guest complaints the pool.... read more
5 Star service I was guided step by step through multiple issues I was experiencing. These guys took so much time and were so patient in explaining in layman’s terms, helping be resolve all my pool and pump issues - without charging me a fortune. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!
