We went to Swimart Cleveland/Ormiston for an issue and over 9 months including a technition attending, spent around $1200 on chemicals on advise of these people and I didn't get any good results on issues with pool. So I had them come and fix issues. No good because they were unreliable from turning up and stating jobs they had done like cleaning filter but not cleaning filter. These amateurs were supposed to fix my pool and on the first day he went to the wrong address after I confirmed with management my address. I was told the filters were cleaned and they were not. Finally turns up on the day we left for an overseas trip and doesn't prime the filter with water and the system runs dry for 2 weeks while we were away and when we got home the filter was completely dry leaving our pool almost green and black, worse than when I first arranged them to help fix our pool. The team at swimmart ormiston are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to help me with pool equipment problems and always give me advice I need (not knowing anything about pool maintenance and chemicals etc). Love the team and will always keep coming here. Exceptional service .
