Steve was great, very knowledgable and helped carry my stuff to the car.
We had Kian come to look at the pool and the pump and he made an assessment on how to fix the pump and he also treated the algae. However, he did not run a test on the water (as requested in the shop 2 days prior) and so, after 2 days, the pool did not clear up as Kian had predicted. I called and spoke to Swimmart Cleveland about how to move forward, as the water was still unclear. It was suggested I bring a water sample down and I said I would do so this afternoon.
