Aaron was my service technician. I have a mineral pool. My water test showed everything was perfect except for a stubbornly high PH. The chlorinator said the acid doser was dosing, but the PH wasn’t dropping. Aaron explained that a part in the a doser had corroded and replaced the parts. He was courteous and answered all my questions.
Worst experience. The guy came and clean the pool. Pool still has debris at the bottom which he said me to clear it up next day. Was doing the job slowly just to get more money out of my pocket. Used his expensive chemicals which does the same things as chemicals from bunnings. And when I called the store them to question about the timings they said they will get back to me but never did. Would not recommend to anyone. They are just there to take your money without any credibility for their service.
Very professional and helpful. I needed a small part for a spa bath and found the team at Swimart went out of their way to source the part. They had the part for me in 3 days. I buy all my pool supplies from here and recently had a new solar heating system installed. I highly recommend the team at Swimart Cheltenham.
