horrible pricing scam alert!!! I called up and was told call out is $155. then i booked it. when i got the bill its over $300. I understand chemical has some charge, but they actually add other labour fees on top which they didnt quote over the phone to try to get business that way is really horrible. Will never go back again !!
Helpful staff and will give you advice on caring or fixing your pool. The new trading hours are odd, given most people will sort out pool related tasks on a weekend. Not Mon-Fri when they’re at work
Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. Deeply Disappointed by Swimart Castle Hill and staff behaviour. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Good customer service friendly staff, Products are overpriced, over $30 for 5L Acid, which was watered down and no I did not grab the salt cell cleaner, which is an even more watered down version of Hydrochloric acid, worst quality I have ever come across, it really shows when your doing an “ACID WASH”have never had these issues purchasing my chemicals at Bunnings, Pool acid has never been more than $20 there! chlorine is only $17 for 15L,
You would think after 50years in the industry they care about pool owners, Price Gouged me for watered down acid, i would have been done yesterday had i not wasted my time here. absolute ripoff joke $34 for acid that costs $19 at bunnings
