Steve and Fiona have looked after my family and I for years always going above and beyond.
Drive past several pool shops to these guys. Service is amazing, & they are good for a laugh. After Cyclone Alfred's visit, the owners had no power after most had it back, and they still helped everyone with a smile.
Thank goodness for Fiona at Swimart Capalaba. I am a pool owner of 20-years but was lost after a 'fault' that occurred during the recent Brisbane cyclone. Fiona diagnosed over the phone what the likely issue was, and she was spot on. Relieved. Thought I was facing a significant repair bill. Thanks heaps, Fiona!
These guys & Gals solved my water quality problems. They have the latest centrifuge water testing tech which brought up an undiagnosed algal bloom from the Ducks. I service my pool myself now, no probs thanks to Swimart Capalaba. Thanks Guys.
Great service. Had a green pool 2 days before Christmas and Swimmart got me sorted with some chemicals, tested my chlorinator, confirmed it was the issue, and came out and installed a new chlorinator - on Christmas Eve! Had a lovely clear pool for Christmas and New Years. Much appreciated.
