These guys are very helpful and above and beyond. I went in to buy a new salt cell for my pool after inspecting the old one they told me not to buy a new one and cleaned my old one for free which saved me about $500.00.
got a new robot like 2600 lasted a few weeks ,which is not working correctly sent it back to them thinking they look after me ? - then they wanted like $240 to fix it blaming me for water chem s ? - i go in to them each 2 weeks to get waters tested for last almost 3 years LIKE CLOCK WORK!! & do what ever they tell me to do.. very disappointed. i would like a refund please so i can buy another unit somewhere else. also not happy its been like a few weeks pool filling up with leaves- no answer when i call. Other pool stores could not help us, went in and in under 1 minute the salesman knew exactly what part I needed from a photo and had it in stock also. This will be out go to shop this summer
