Very knowledgeable , professional and friendly staff.
I find their service fantastic, sure you can buy cheaper products at Bunnings or online but you can’t get the expertise or service. I don’t think twice using them and will always use them.
Always coming here asking questions and needing help and ALWAYS they help me with respect in terms I understand. Wouldn't go anywhere else best staff
This pool shop is our local & I would prefer to drive an extra 20 minutes to Beenleigh Poolwerx to get proper service. Whenever we take our water in for testing, it’s a quick snatch of the bottle from the older lady. A grunt when she hands you the paperwork & basically says you suck at pool maintenance. God forbid you have questions (because you haven’t been tending to pools your whole life). The boys that work there are polite & well mannered. Not sure if they’d be able to answer technical questions as we never got the chan... read more
