Since the new owners took over this store, it has gone completely downhill. The new main owner, who occasionally makes an appearance while leaving most of the work to inexperienced younger staff, is one of the rudest, most arrogant, and unprofessional people we’ve ever dealt with. His condescending attitude and complete lack of respect for customers make every interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. My wife regularly visits the store to proactively maintain our pool by getting water tests and purchasing the required chemicals.... read more
