Loren was absolutely fantastic! He came the very next day we ordered it And after coming and trying to decide how to put up hot tub on 5 ft incline he ordered a crane to get it done!! We highly recommend swim world and Loren and his helper Jayden We are so enjoying the tub Randy Price and Jeanie
