I've owned a Caldera Seychelles (2023 Paradise Series) salt spa for two years, purchased from Caldera Spas in Albuquerque, and it’s been fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining maintenance and convincing me to go with the salt system—an excellent choice. It generates its own chlorine, leaving the water soft and gentle on my skin with less irritation than traditional setups. Max helped us pick the perfect hot tub for our needs. We picked the D-Amour by Nordic Spa we were limited on space and this triangular tub makes it not feel so crowded.
I had the best experience with Max, he explained everything very carefully and even had a custom instruction sheet for hot tub chemical use. I’ve been needing something like that and was very grateful for his expertise and easy instructions!
I love my spa, and the service is beyond what I could ask for. Max and his dad were awesome!
