Update Start: Austin contacted me a week ago today about coming out this past weekend to check our pump, etc..., no show, no call, no response at all. Thought he was attempting to make this right but guess I was wrong. Mind numbing lack of customer service. Update End. 2 stars is generous..., cannot accept responsibility nor accountability for poor standard, poor communication, and did not meet expectation for the money spent..., and still no apology or acknowledgement of any wrongdoing, nor follow up to be sure all is well.... read more

Gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero! The guys who came out did not get the pool any cleaner than it was when they arrived. They only stirred up the debris. When my MIL asked about the condition of the pool the said “give it a couple days to clear up”. They did not flock the pool and said it wasn’t needed. They didn’t have chemicals the first day they came out so they came back and charged her a $50 delivery fee! DO NOT HIRE THEM! We were ripped off for $1500. Had liner installed...left mess but came back a few days later to finish. We were ask to pay up front. Liner bottom feels like a creek bottom (never did before). Pool started leaking water which had to be the liner leaking. We couldn't keep enough water in it and didn't really get to use the pool last summer after this was done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
