They used to be very good. I have called them twice for services on my spa tub and no response. VERY SAD!
I posted a few weeks ago and it's not on here! I was always referring them to other people. I called them about my niece's pool since I told her I knew they would do great. And if anyone could help them it would be these guys. We'll I even followed up with a phone call a month out and still nothing! Now 3 months, still nothing! Very disappointing since this is the only place in Statesville worth going to! Now there isn't a place worth your time in town. We have to go out of town to get trustworthy people! Sad
I have found everyone to be very helpful but above all honest. Randall is a joyful and one of the friendly person to work with.
