We purchased our pool in 2015 and had it professionally installed by the dealer's agent. There are now pinholes all over the walls and the liner has been cut in many places due to the failure of the walls. Initially they wanted to send us a new wall at the cost of shipping (approx. $475) however they are not willing to replace the liner or the water (which cot us over $1000 just for water). The Dealer is still fighting with them to do the right thing. I will advise everyone I know not to purchase a pool from Swim n Play Inc.
I don’t even know where to start with this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and faulty product. Let me just say RUST!!! I have never written a single bad review in my life, this one is warranted! Our pool was purchased end of summer 2013 and this will be our 4th summer with the pool. We purchased a 24x52 above ground pool in the summer of 2014. It cracked about 1 month ago and exploded 2 days ago. We had this pool 2 seasons and it suppose to be a full warranty for all parts under 3 seasons. Paid over $1800 for pool, paid $1000 for professional installation, and another $1500 for a deck. Contacted Swimn'play and they want us to pay for shipping (over $500) no refunds and Andrew said it was our fault due to us putting to much bleach in the pool. Don't buy a pool from Swimn'play. Business response:
Customer purchased pool through 3rd party distributor who is responsible for paying any refunds for the product. Customer admits she did not send in registration card in order for her warranty to be valid. Customers liner was bleached completely free of color indicating negligence/mis-maintenance of the pool. Swim'n Play offered full replacement of the pool with only a shipping charge. (Only $235.77) Customer was verbally abusive to customer service agent.
