Swim Gem is truly a "gem". We are relatively new pool owners (3yrs) and could not have done it successfully without the continued hand holding we receive from the awesome family at Swim Gem. We are currently in the middle of having a part replaced all the while Kirk being on our beckoned call via his personal cell phone during off hours if anything unforeseen should happen to our pool. We were new pool owners and knew nothing. They took the time to teach us what to do and made us feel so secure about what to do next. The pool is so easy to manage. Neighbor has a pool too and complains that he has to spend so much time cleaning his pool. We told him that we spend 5 minutes a week on taking care of our pool! The service I received from Swim Gem went far beyond what I expected. From the store, to the service crew that worked on my pool, everyone was very helpful. I wanted to purchase a new filter for a large amount of money, but the nice service man fixed my filter at a fraction of the price for a new one. Everything works as good if not better than when I had the pool built. Swim Gem is a company I will use from now on.
