Swim Gem is truly a "gem". We are relatively new pool owners (3yrs) and could not have done it successfully without the continued hand holding we receive from the awesome family at Swim Gem. We are currently in the middle of having a part replaced all the while Kirk being on our beckoned call via his personal cell phone during off hours if anything unforeseen should happen to our pool. Worst Customer Service Ever – I would not recommend Swim Gem to my worst enemy. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. due to my experience with Kirk. I will tell anyone that will listen and every pool owner I know to not use Swim Gem and why. My experience was so bad that when I told one of their competitors about what happened they felt so bad that they gave me the parts I needed for FREE. Because of incident I also found out that Swim Gem is way over priced on a lot of their products
