I’ve had a great experience working with Connie Crowl and the crew at Swim Club Management. Connie is excellent with communication and always quick to respond. The lifeguards are professional, well-trained, and represent the company very well. Their consistent, reliable service is why my Board of Directors signed up for another 3-year contract. Thank you!

My experience through the years with scmg have been more then disappointing. I experienced wage theft, 15 year olds working more then 8 hours without a break, 15 year olds working at pools without their work permit, working 12 hours with no ac or water provided and no break. This company is very unfair, choosing favorites and allowing those favorites to break the rules. SCMG was extremely professional during my experience. Leadership is very receptive to employees when employees bring issues to their attention. They always do what they can to improve the employees' experience and have fun summer programs to take part in as well. They pay well and tell you what pools have amenities you can use ahead of time. You can pick your shifts and when or how much you want to work! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a summer job!
