Had an above ground pool i stalled by swim blue, they were beyond professional, clean and did exactly as we asked. We could not be more happy, highly recommended.
I spoke to Dianne on the phone about my hot tub leak issue in Point Roberts. She was very kind and provided me with a contact number in Point Roberts that could help with the leak. Understandably, Swim Blue could not assist due to not having work authorization in the U.S., but they were helpful regardless. I will be going to them for any future chemical purchases.
Our pool suddenly turned green this spring. We submitted the sample and were advised to purchase algae killer and prevention liquid for $60. We sprinkled it around the pool and literally the water turned blue as we poured the liquid in. Best place to have your pool water checked. We visited again due to cloudy blue water and were given quick clarifier and shock. The water now sparkles. I can't say enough about the excellent service here.
Knowledgeable, honest and all around a very nice guy. We would 110% reccomend Travis and Swim Blue Pools. We bought our home in November and have never owned a pool. It was winterized and we needed help reassembling the pump, heater, filter, etc. plus adding all the right chemicals and salt (as our pool is salt water) Travis didn't just show up and do the job he walked us through every step.
