Got a fit through these guys and they got me all set up on a BMC Gran Fondo GF02 and could not be happier with the service and product.
I have never experienced this level of service from a bike shop, and I've sent all my friends and family there for their bike needs. Aside from the amazing knowledge, gear, and service that the staff offers, even the patrons know each other. SBR is a culture and an experience, not just a store.
This shop really helped me out, getting me a last minute bike part before a race. They really embody the spirit of cycling.
Super friendly and helpful staff, and a comfortable environment. I recently bought a bike rack and had a technical issue installing it late on a Saturday afternoon. My wife had a ride first thing Sunday morning so I called about 5 min before closing hoping they might have a workaround so I could use the carrier...
